The LEBC commercial and industrial division covers all aspects of civil, construction and refurbishment requirements.

We work across a range of location types:

  • Manufacturing sites
  • Office buildings
  • Retail outlets
  • Leisure industry sites
  • Public sector buildings

You will have a dedicated on-site project manager and delivery team who you’ll be in daily communication with. Each project is scheduled to fit your timeline, and will be achieved with minimal or no disruption to your everyday site activity.

Groundworks and new build projects

Laying the groundwork sets the scene for the rest of the project, and getting it right is vital. This is why you need a company with LEBCs foresight and experience to meet any potential issues head on.

We can complete all groundworks required on projects at existing and new sites, including those required for commercial extensions and new self-contained buildings.

At industrial sites we can work closely with architects and your in-house project planners to ensure the construction meets LCCA targets, future production requirements and logistical needs whilst minimising environmental impact during construction and future operation.

Structural reports and building repairs

Our structural engineers can provide reports on new build projects and existing property in need of remedial action.

If you are considering a new building, our structural engineers will visit your site and prepare reports on the suitability of the project to help you in the planning purposes.

As an occupier or manager of an existing property, you may be concerned about its condition. Through LEBC, you can commission a report to check structural soundness or any specific issues, including checks on subsidence, woodworm, damp, masonry problems, bowed walls, damaged lintels, masonry arches, and tunnel and bridge repair.
