As a trusted supplier for over 6 years, we were brought in by Lode Heath School to build and install a new disabled lift system. The works included full foundation excavation and construction, building of the lift enclosure, and all electrical and mechanical installations. We were working to tight timing restrictions as the building needed to be operational again in time for the school to reopen after the summer holidays.
The key in this job was proper project planning to suit the tight timescale, and ensuring the surrounding site wasn’t unduly impacted by the construction. The work was sympathetic to the environment so that the new lift blended in both inside and outside the building, and attention to detail and care with the interior decor was key. Our agile approach and fully DBR-checked team ensured this job was completed on time and within budget, allowing the school to reopen on time with a job well done.
